As previously disadvantaged graduates, Nelson Mandela Scholars have made the most of every opportunity that came their way to become leaders in their various fields. The Nelson Mandela Scholarship recognised their dedication, determination and drive by giving them the opportunity to undertake one year of post-graduate study at the best universities in the United Kingdom. Already in its eighth year, scholarships have been awarded to 84 scholars, 10 of whom are currently studying in the UK.
